We loved our stay. The place is clean and peaceful. We were close enough to explore lots of areas in central Bali without staying in a loud, crowded city. The family is incredible. We learned so much from them and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt like part of the family.
The property was immaculate, staff couldn't have been any more helpful. The room was good, breakfast excellent, and fantastic pool and garden. The owner was also very kind and helpful. An authentic Bali experience. Secluded place in the middle of many waterfalls and temples. 1 hr driving to the beach and Ubud. More importantly: super nice people in this town!
During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. The hotel staff takes the time to get to know you and make sure that you are enjoying...
Beautiful grounds, excellent service, except for my butler he needs to clean the room better. The pool is lovely but it needs more steps or a rail to hold on.
We stayed a week for our 25th anniversary. Perfect for that occasion. It would be inappropriate with children, infirm or elderly - stone stairs to anywhere, lots of quiet, mostly honeymooners. The staff made an effort to learn our names/circumstances and seemed sincerely invested in our good stay. Shout out to Mira. All day long, the cooked-to-order western and eastern food was amazing (the best/cheapest filet mignon you will find), and we especially enjoyed the included luxurious afternoon tea...
Pramana Watu was amazing... truly a getaway and relaxing oasis. It looked just like the pictures, however the view is more breathtaking in person! Tejaprana was a small oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The property was beautiful and really provided a sense of calmness and serenity.
