Beautiful property with very friendly and helpful staff. Our stay was fantastic. Not much in walking distance but cabs are easy and the staff will help arrange excursions for you.
We (family with 2 infants) stayed there in the beginning of january. Our villa with own pool was fine. We enjoyed our stay, many thanks to the hotel management and staff.
I strongly recommend this hotel for families with children for pretty long stay. So, I guess, for couples a stay here longer than 4-5 days may be a bit boring.
It was our first time to Lombok and overall Svarga made our experience quite an extraordinary one. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. To our surprise they upgraded us to the family suite! That was quite an amazing experience.
The staff were very helpful and nice. A couple downsides, there were quite a lot of bugs at the hotel and the hotel room itself. I think this can be prevented by having better sealing on the windows and doors.

I've been to Gili Air many times and have always walked past this hotel (and smirked at it's kitschness). Then a friend said "This is where we're staying! I surrendered, and I'm so happy that I did. The hotel goes out of their way to ensure you're comfortable.
Breakfast confused me a bit as it was included but we still got menus. So I ended up having both the included and the ordered. All in all it was a great stay and the resplendent sunsets just added to the charm. Thank you
Newer option in Gili T... Wonderful staff, good food, comfortable accommodations! Would highly recommend. Centrally located on the island to where it's a 10 min walk, 4 min bicycle ride, to the bars and restaurants on the East side of the island and the beach lounge style bars for the beautiful sunset on the West.
We loved the hotel, facilities are really beautiful. We had a pool view room and loved it, very spacy and comfortable. Pool also was very nice with a bar so it was a cool and chill place to stay. Breakfast it's from the menu with lots of options and very good. Even though the beach in front the hotel isn't the best to swim I really liked it's location, it was quite but not far from all the happenings (stay away from near harbour area). The hotel was fabulous!!! We had such a a great stay that we even changed our plans and extended our stay for a total of 7 nights. We preferred this side of island because it was much quieter, but it is still an easy walk or bike ride to the other side . The location is perfect! 2 minute walk to beach and several restaurants. We ate at only the small local restaurants, which were super tasty, authentic and affordable.

Im glad we choose this hotel. The area is quite and the sunset from the beach are incredible. Staff was amazing. They were all very friendly and welcoming. Room were spacious and quiet. Bed was very comfy and linens were all cotton. Kids friendly hotel. My son really enjoyed!
This property was very central. About a 10 min walk from the port. Tons of bike rental available in front of property and has its own dive shop and beach front restaurant. Pool is nice but not facing the street. Not a luxury property but perfectly comfortable and clean.

Loved staying here—so proximate to everything in Gilli Air—but the best part was Sophie—our attendant who manages Casa Koko!! He was so attentive and helpful to all our needs.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Its a beautiful place with such a homey feel. Everything is spotless and there is a lot of attention to detail. They have bikes for you which is helpful as it’s one of the only forms of transportation. It’s 2 blocks from the beach- so accessible. Breakfast is delicious and served in your villa. Tea time is also brought to your room at no charge. They arranged all our excursions. Absolutely loved this place and the staff.
