Staff was son nice and caring. They were waiting for me at the airport to assist with immigration luggage pickup sent a car to the airport to pick me up. They did the same thing when I checked out. Nazir was at the airport waiting to help me get checked in for my flight. They fast tracked the check in process! I am so grateful"

The hotel seems to be renewed recently - bathroom and AC units for example. The lobby is quite nice and their restaurant is open 24 hours. It is located reasonably near to the airport (about 20 minutes) and they offer free shuttle. The room was clean, breakfast was good and it is close to several shops and restaurants including KFC and Pizzahut.
I normally stay at Platinum Grand and the staff there also recommend I stay here sometime. The hotels are similar except this does not have a pool or rooftop bar which is ok for me. One thing to note, they do not stock alcohol so you need to request it one day in advance.
Great place. Breakfast was nice and room service was always available. It was also pretty walkable to a bunch of restaurants nearby. We moved from a 5-star hotel to this hotel (which is 4 stars) and had a much better time here
