"El hotel es muy bonito, los servicios son muy buenos y el personal muy atento, solo los cuartos requieren mayor limpieza, movimos una cama y debajo había mucha basura, pero el lugar es excelente y sus alimentos también"

"Pros: -Cozy cabin with all electric appliances and practical items such as dish washing liquid, sponge, kitchen towels, paper towels, utensils, cooking pans, etc ..included -Very nice & convenient location - Nice lake on the property with lots of ducks. it’s quite an experience to feed them! Cons: - Old equipment, can use some refurbishing - Swimming pool, game room, gym not as in pictures and very restrictive opening hours - Hot water: need to turn on the water heater and wait several hours. We were not informed about this upon arrival and had the unpleasant experience of not being able to shower after hiking in cold weather. Easy fix: add this to the instruction sheet given to guests. - Shower: needs a pump which makes A LOT of noise Good to know for future visitors: - Bring your own shampoo (and conditioner) as only soap is provided - Bring your own tea/coffee/sugar/sweetener, nothing is provided. This was a bit of a surprise as most AirBnBs have some of this. -Coffee maker type: French Press"
