2/10 Terrible

"The hotel looks nice from the OUTSIDE! But once you get inside the elevator looks beat down and the rooms as well! The building itself needs an upgrade from the inside ! Staff need to be dressed more professionally I went down for breakfast and there was an employee who didn’t even look like she was hotel staff only knew she worked there because she was behind the front desk! She was wearing a graphic t-shirt and jeans with face tattoos !! She was rude about keeping breakfast items stocked “we’re out of jelly/butter”, “that’s all there is for breakfast as it ends at 9:30” mind you it was 9:10am!!! Which leads into the next topic breakfast here is horrible !!! Nothing is ever stocked be there EARLY or you’ll just have scraps staff doesn't bother checking on items !!! I get you don’t want a lot of leftovers but I’ve never been to a hotel where breakfast is so limited lots of guests were Coming down for breakfast around 9am and nothing was left to eat !!! If breakfast ends at 9:30am make sure you serve food up until the cut off time !!!!"

"our room was horrible holes in the doors holes in the wall plastered all over the place paint all over the place. The breakfast sucked. There was hardly nothing to choose from not enough of it. Your whole hotel was very dirty inside and out. Windows were not clean. Dogs were in the pool area. Hallways were filthy holes and holes all over the place was in the elevators that stunk, but the staff was wonderful."

"My husband found a lancet on the floor as well as a big piece of gravel when we got into the room. The body lotion container HD only a little bit of lotion in it. The desk clerk said our receipt would be emailed when we checked out yesterday morning and it has not shown up."

"I will NEVER recommend The Roadway Inn. I wouldn’t stay there if it were free. As soon as I opened the door the dirty musky smell was sickening. The smashed cockroach on the wall says it all. It’s a bedbug disaster waiting to happen. I should’ve asked to see the room before paying. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I was informed I took longer than 5 minutes to cancel therefore I was required to pay for 1 night. The advertised photos posted on the website/internet are a far cry from what you get. Select Stay directly next door is clean, comfortable and SLIGHTLY more than the Roadway mess."

"I didn't actually get to stay at the hotel. It seems nice. I had to cancel my stay. My complaint is this: I was in Greeley. I ended up having to cancel my stay. When trieded to phone to inform the hotel, i dealt with not one, but two AI entities, who only obfuscated me. I had to drive to Kersey from Greeley to cancel the stay in person. The desk staff were fine. The fact that the hotel employed AI services rather than talking directly with customers is shameful behavior for an otherwise nice, small local hotel"
