"The floor of our room felt sticky and like it needed cleaned. When we took a shower and had a wet towel on the bathroom floor, a lot of dirt came up. We also couldn’t get the shower/sink to not be anything but scalding hot. There were also bottle caps in our fold out couch from someone before. Wish it had been cleaner. Staff was very kind and breakfast was great!"

"Property has had some renovations I dont think they are done yet. The elevators one didnt work properly and they had lots of odors. I couldnt press certain numbers. Breakfast was ok but offered cereal and had no milk available. Ran out and it was early. Personally my hotel I am running out to store to get it. However, I was impressed how nice the staff was. Definitely a plus. They need to finish more upgrades in the rooms. No usb charging offered by bed table no alarm clock."

"Checked in and air conditioner had a puddle of water under it. Let staff know and was told that it was condensation from it not being turned on and I was given towels to clean it up. AC never cooled room down and woke up at 4 AM covered in sweat. Asked front desk to change rooms and was told no King Size bed room was available at that time and To try back around 9. Changed to another room around 12 PM to later discover there were roaches in the room."

"The check in foyer was clean. The complimentary breakfast could have been better. The one in Dunnellon was much better a 5 star this location was a 2.5. The rooms were clean but some fixtures next to the bed had rust on them. Which to me is an easy fix. If they listen and read the reviews. The location of this property I loved. Close to very nice restaurants and entertainment. The staff was excellent and gave great recommendations in where to go and have dinner and lunch. So I give this location a 3.0 "
