"Property: Staff friendly was friendly, however elevators are slow. Room: nice overall, but it had a cracked window, the hand soap pump didn’t work, the shower was covered in visible soap scum, and the room’s only TV wouldn’t connect to the wifi so we couldn’t watch anything. "

"Perfect location for visiting Teotihuacan early when the gates open at 8.00. A relaxed friendly environment and the pool in the central court was lovely. The staff were great. Breakfast buffet was good, dinner slightly limited choices. Room was small but clean and cheerful. Probably a better place for a short stay than a loved one. I would go again for a similar purpose."

"Pool was really hot cause of the sun outside but was great but should have more staff there because when I was on the patio I looked down on it and there was a couple who looked like they were doing things they shouldn’t in a pool but other than that rooms were always cleaned and patio area had a great view, great reception staff, and the breakfast staff are the best in my opinion overall great hotel to stay at and will keep using it whenever I go back into town"
