Hotels in Brownhills

Everything is good; I liked it, and the staff is good.

Great place to stay and spa. Excellent restaurant, friendly helpful staff.

Staff were very friendly and eager to assist.

Quiet

Very good I love it

Good Breakfast .

The Staff was amazing and the complimentary breakfast was delectable!

Our family of four stayed here for 2 nights. We had rooms in an adjoining wing to the old manor house. It was very quiet, the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the spa facilities and beautiful indoor swimming pool. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms could use some minor repair - carpet, grout, paint, but that didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the New Hall. The breakfast was delicious and located in the old house. The reception staff was EXCELLENT - very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly....

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The rooms are nicely renovated, spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. There is plenty of parking available. There are lots of good pubs, restaurants and shops near by. The cathedral is five minutes walk, and the railway station is ten minutes walk. There is a huge park very close too. We would happily stay here any time.

Nice overall..

Great stay! Will return.

From check-in to departure the staff were great. Callum checked us in and Catherine (i think) checked us out. Both were really friendly and helpful. Holly looked after us at breakfast. She was efficient, helpful and attentive, as well as being friendly and cheerful. The room was a great size. It was clean with good facilities. The bed was comfortable. The only negative would be the lack of plug sockets. All in all a great stay and we would definitely recommend and return.

Hotel started receiving customers this month (August 24) so everything was nice and new. I would have liked to receive a warmer welcome from the person who checked us in. Asked if we could get a coffee from the machine which was in the breakfast area but was asked to get cups from our room I found this rude and surprising, the person did not want the cups in the breakfast room to be used due to breakfast time in the morning

It was a very nice hotel that was centrally located in the center of Birmingham. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Personally, I was not expecting the area around the hotel to be so busy in the evenings, but things did quiet down by 10 pm. Overall, I was highly recommend this hotel.

No frills, but very clean and with an accommodating staff. Substantial breakfast

Nice dirt and paved trails for walking/running. Good gym, great pool with nicely set up locker rooms. Interesting memerobilia in cases and photos on the walls to capture the imagination of the younger foorball (soccer) enthusiasts and trigger fond memories in the older ones.

. Smooths experience; I am def going back again

The hotel and staff are top notch. This was my second time staying at this location. Thankfully, it was a lot better than last year. Which, I won’t go into.

It was just amazing
