The staff was very helpful, we were going to miss the 11pm check in deadline because of a train delay, the staff stayed until 1130 for us to make sure we had a place to stay. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi for our cruise and the staff found a way to get us there. Very helpful, very nice. One room for 8 people was great too. We were able to keep our family together in one room. Would stay again

It's as if we had stepped back in history. The room was so spacious! I chose it because of its quirkiness, I was stunned by the size. Regretted not having a longer stay. The breakfast seemed nice but we had not taken this option. Well situated. Easy walk to many of the shops, restaurants and sites.
The staff and hotel are amazing. The location was right in the heart of old city and easily walkable from train station and most of the world heritage sites. Highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent facility! Nice large room; very helpful staff (they even helped arrange a taxi to the train station on our last day). AC worked well; great location. Just be aware if you’re in the lower room you can hear everything from the room upstairs. Highly recommend!

The best part about this hotel is the excellent location, located within walking distance of all the main sights, as well as places to eat and shop. Hotel staff was very friendly, and while the room was a little small, it was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I go back to Ravenna.
