Five start accommodations in what had been a palace in the center of Aviles. Everything about the hotel was excellent, especially the friendly and helpful staff.
40 Nudos is located right in the center of the city center! Perfecto!!! The only bad aspect of the hotel is the parking. It will cost you an additional $15 euros a day to park your vehicle underground.
The apartment was very clean and modern and was well equipped. It was also very quiet. We even got to watch a movie on Netflix. We had a hard time getting to it but it really is easy. Set your gps to Parqueo Longoria. There is an elevator up to the plaza and then it’s not even a block away. Make sure you use 8 Calle Caveda. Make sure to visit La Avenida De Cidra which is very close. We had a great meal at Tierra de Asturia.
The building it self look like missing maintenance, is very modern but huge structure hard to maintain need a new paint job. Rooms were ok. Is easy to walk from hotel to city center but coming back is all uphills
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent (close to the city center and lots of cafes, grocery stores, and tourist sites.) It is within walking distance of the train and bus stations.

I would recommend Nuvo Hotel as a wonderful place to stay in Oviedo.
It's hard to miss Hotel Silken Ciudad Gijon. It's a huge, tall and modern structure in a quiet neighborhood. I was assigned to a room good for two guests and I'm very thankful to the front desk lady staffer as there was more than enough moving space like the bathroom that is well lit, complete with washing/bathing amenities plus a bed with clean sheets and soft pillows. Every morning, there's a fabulous buffet breakfast one himself can help to. The coffee is well brewed, the baguettes are...
A beautiful, minimalist property conveniently located to dining and shopping areas as well as the beach. The room was minimal in furnishings but the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Fronts a very quiet street. The staff are very friendly and recommended several good restaurants in the area to us. Within walking distance to everything. Parking is on site or use the public parking 1 block away. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would recommend.
Good coffee, good breakfast. Comfortable bed in a large room. Wi-Fi works without any issues. Good accommodation for one or more days. Clean room and bathroom. There was no air conditioning, but it isn't needed in the Asturian climate. Parking at the hotel lot is hassle-free.
Nice hotel, right in the center of town, next door to the Casino, close to the beach and the shopping area of the city. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend it.
