Excellent hotel, exceptional customer service, very accommodating and helpful, and great breakfast. There is a food court right below the hotel. Only 17 minutes from Luxembourg train station driving a car but the bus takes almost an hour.

Nice functional hotel

The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean, fresh and welcoming after a long day of traveling. Public transportation was close, we used a car to get to old town which easily navigated to. The breakfast had plenty of options for the entire family.

Great stay right outside the city that offers free parking and a spacious and comfortable room. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of fast food options with late hours. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The amenities are basic, but that’s to be expected for a hotel in this class. If you just need a safe and clean hotel for a short stay outside the city, this is a great option.

We struggled to find a hotel in Luxembourg that looked reliable. The Novotel Suites was our "safe" choice and it was great. A/C worked in the heat wave. Everything was fresh, clean, even a bit space age. Three sinks, solid door to shower room. Hair dryer was the best in europe. Wasserkocher in room, but only small paper cups. Tram has been extended to the city and is free until mid Sept. Electric black out blinds and sound proofing helped sleep even on the road side of the hotel.

The hotel and our rooms were clean, as was the hotel. It was easy to see that the property is well cared for and that the staff takes pride in their work. The Tourist Information center is right around the corner in the plaza, and absolutely everything is within walking distance! A couple of people in our party are light sleepers, and said that the noise from the bar on Rue Notre Dame and that from the plaza kept them awake. The hotel was very close to transit, grocery, pharmacy, coffeehouses, restaurants.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. The only complaint we have is the shower tended to get the floor soaked but we put down an extra towel and cleaned up afterwards so it wasn't to big of a deal. The area is okay, it's a lot of newer buildings with not much to do right by the hotel but there are food options near and the location is great for getting a way for day trips. Great proximity tot he airport, and the hotel is second to none. Great pool, steam and sauna, and a fantastic restaurant!!

Nice, modern, comfortable hotel, in general, as well as the room. Very attentive staff and even though we never tried the restaurant, the menu was varied. I was there for one night with my son, will definitely be back in a future visit to Luxembourg. Highly recommended.
