"Miss advertising of the room which we were very unhappy about as this was for our wedding day and wedding night. It took looking at 3 rooms and none were the one we booked. Good breakfast with very pleasant staff looking after us. Window cleaner cleaning the windows at 7.30am. Tv turned itself on in the middle of the night. Room wasn’t cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. We did take the bin to be emptied and asked for more tea/coffee which they went and got us and very friendly. Would I stay again or recommend this hotel NO I wouldn’t "

"Very clean and comfortable hotel. Only a few steps away from the airport terminal. We arrived at 1am, check in was friendly and efficient. The 24 hr room service was appreciated, a delicious pizza and a glass of wine swiftly delivered to the room. Buffet breakfast was really good value with a great selection of foods to choose from."

"Breakfast was fabulous. Having the bus to and from the airport was very convenient, but felt four pounds per guest was an awful lot for such a short distance and Uber would have charged much less."

"Quiet comfortable room. Nicely decorated but it was a little dark. Bed ok. Our ground floor room had a shower over the bath. Good off road parking. Busy pub at the front but no pub noise. Nice evening meal and continental breakfast taken. Restaurant staff very nice and helpful in the evening."

"Room was very clean, literally only stopped to get 6 hrs sleep before flight so can’t comment on much other than the room. Staff were very helpful"

" Nice and easy check-in BUT warning, our taxi dropped us off outside the door and then drove off. It now appears that no thank you they may be fined because they did not come into the hotel to input their registration before driving off. I do find this a bit bizarre. Other than that the accommodation was good, the drinks were slightly more than I would pay in London, but acceptable. The breakfast was excellent and there was a good choice of food. Checkout was simple and the airport was a 10 minute walk away. So overall score 9 out of 10. "

"When making the booking it wasn't made clear that I wasn't speaking to the Hotel and would therefor have to pay a parking fee and also for meals it was necessary to walk round to the Ramada. Being semi disabled and having just undertaken a lengthy cross country drive, I was not amused. Staff were as helpful as possible."

"I was genuinely impressed with my stay here. I had a night layover in London, which included flying into Heathrow and out of Stanton. As a frequent traveler, I just needed a nice, quiet, convenient place to stay for one night. This hotel fit the bill. And the price was great too! The staff at the front desk are very friendly. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their jobs. The rooms are simple, but really nice and comfortable. I was amazed with just how quiet the hotel was— based on proximity to the STN airport and all. They also have a restaurant on-site which is a must, being there’s only a few fast food options nearby. I would definitely stay here again. ."
