Marianne was an attentive host. Check-in was easy, parking was on site, the rooms in the family unit were comfortable. The house is impeccably maintained, inside and out, with lonely sitting areas outside and a cute little town to stroll around. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Les Arcades for the Limoux carnival. It seems to be family run and we had a great welcome before being shown to the room, a little way down to the side of the building shown. The top floor apartment was clean and spacious for 3 and had an excellent shower. House keeping were very attentive to keeping the place tidy with fresh towels etc despite the constant influx of confetti from the carnival. A fun time. thanks.
Iris and BJ were wonderful hosts. In advance of our visit we communicated about our diet (vegan family) and they were able to provide us a nice breakfast every morning. We visited the area during warm weather and the swimming pool ended up being a refreshing part of our stay during the late afternoon hours.

The property is clean and calm. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from the castle.

The hotel is very clean and very convenient to Carcassonne castle. Enjoyed the AC. Only one of the staff spoke English, but it wasn't really a problem. All the staff was helpful. We were there for the start of the Tour in 2026. We ate breakfast in town, so no review of their breakfast. The only real issue was with parking the car. Their key system made it a bit awkward to get into and out of the parking area. If traveling to Carcassonne Castle, I would 100% recommend this hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at La Citè Carcassonne, the car par is just outside, and the baggage porter gave us a ride up to the property, being inside the Castle walls will give you a unique feeling of connection to the past
For the price, it was excellent. The lobby did have a peculiar smell to it, but the room was clean, and there was an elevator, which is a bit rare for Europe. Overall there were no issues.
