We absolutely loved our stay. Our room had everything we needed. The staff was amazing, I can’t compliment them enough. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and also enjoyed a few dinners as well (the Hokkaido top sirloin was top notch!!). If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!
Very clean, updated and staff friendly. Parking lots were a close walk. Breakfast good and restaurants for dinner in very close walking distance.
No bathtub in the room, only shower. Also “onsen” is not mineralized, just hot chlorinated water. Easy to access one of the three private baths, with a short wait time. The ambiance in the baths was very relaxing and there’s an adjacent room with a massage chair and ice cream or a milky drink to enjoy after the bath.
Tucked into the trees on the side of the mountain this hotel has a great view of Furano below. Plenty of amenities in the hotel, including a very nice onsen (hot spring) and a delicious bakery.
The room was very modern and comfortable and Internet was provided through a single Ethernet connection in the room. My travel router provided wifi to our devices through that Ethernet connection. There are several things to do around the hotel (golf, etc.) but the ropeway (cable car) only operates...
Three days skiing in Furano, including three nights in Natulux. The staff was very welcoming and provided good information about Furano. They also included roundtrip bus fare to the ski resort and a nice map for local eats. Do try the Furano curry omelet--a real treat.
This was a great way to experience Japanese hospitality at its best!
The home-made food was outstanding, as was the willingness of the hosts to offer their services as a shuttle to the ski slopes, do washing, etc.
Beautiful home with beautiful hosts. I highly recommend it and i would love to return.
The family room was amazing! Spacious and well appointed. Beautiful view of the property and a private patio. The breakfast was top notch, the afternoon snacks were tasty and the staff was super helpful and friendly.
Very convenient location. It is about a 5 min walk, through the ski resort parking lot to get to the gondola ticket office.
You can almost ski to the front door by taking a trail above the gondola parking lot. You end up with maybe a 2 min walk to your front door.
The bedrooms are a little tight, but the living area and loft are very spacious.
It's a nice stay with all the great amenities. They can also have breakfast with fee and a restaurant for dinner if you want. If I will pass this area again, I will stay here.
