"Room overall was clean, just had collection of dust in some area. I have dust allergies so I did wipe off what I felt needed to but no issue. Staff was kind to offer towels aswell. Convenient location, close to shopping centers and train station."

"Ultra modern with excellent views of the bay and the city. To get to the hotel, you enter the ground floor of the building and take the elevator to the seventh floor for the lobby and reception. The first person to greet your arrival is Hashimoto, who instantly makes you feel like a valued customer or, maybe, a warmly received family member. What a pleasant introduction to this hotel. And, throughout our four-day stay, he seemed to always be on the ground level, greeting, opening car doors, and generally making one feel good. We loved the available lighting choices in our room, the automatic opening and soft closing of all the doors, the size of our closet, and the comfort of the bed. Each morning was a delicious breakfast with great views. This hotel is an excellent choice while visiting Nagasaki. As you exit the train station, turn to your right, and, Voila, there it is!"

"This was a conveniently located hotel that was easy to access via the tram from the train station in a great shopping and restaurant district. The room was spacious clean and staff was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The large bath has some issues with being clean...maybe it is just old. Breakfast has a lot of choices, but half is Japanese style. The room was comfortable."
