Karuizawa Prince Hotel West

"Everything was lovely except for the air conditioning in the cabin was insufficient during the hot days. It was very hot inside and only was it bearable at night as it rained with the windows wide open. The onsen should be included in the price. I found it overall expensive, especially the buffet dinner. Karuizawa overall has too many tourists - the food quality was very high and so were the prices."
