"Great location and as you’d expect from a Novotel. Managed to get parking but last space and tight."

"The greeting from the reception was fine, abit dull & expected better from the Marriott brand. Presentation was poor, shirts hanging out and ill fitted suits. Room was fine, couldn’t find the hairdryer. Breakfast was good, small buffet area but it had everything you would want. Orange juice was not orange juice."

"Lift was broken, but luckily only on the second floor. No offer of help with luggage. Room was basic with no kettle or hairdryer. Really convenient for the Arena and only a short tram ride to Meadowhall. Would consider staying again, but would depend on who I was travelling with as the only way out of the shower was into the room, and there wasn't enough room in there to get dressed."

"We stayed for night, Overall a good clean hotel, but check in experience was weird! Only one staff member on reception. The booking software didn't seem to be working. We were given the wrong key (access card) which let us into a room already occupied, thankfully the guests weren't there, just their open luggage, but this could have been incredibly embarrassing. Moar hotel needs to urgently review its check in process and staffing levels on Saturday afternoons. As their check in software allows guests access to other guests rooms it needs to be replaced."
