I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I could give this a perfect score, but there was one very unpleasant experience. Our stay was for one week. On day three, someone from the front desk opened our door and angrily told me it was past check out and we should be gone. I told him we are here until Wednesday (four more days). He continued to argue with me about it and told me I need to bring our hotel confirmation to the desk. I can’t adequately stress how rude and angry he was. property was clean and staff was very helpful. Front desk were great with all my needs. Room and hallways were very warm. Even with the A/C full blast. Food at hotel was good, but had to pay for ice each time. Overall i had a good time at this location. I would recommend it.

This place is a great bang for your buck. The rooms are very clean and modern. There is a beautiful, outdoor shared space to enjoy your coffee or read a book. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Espresso machines, refrigerators and plates/cutlery in the rooms.

I usually don’t right reviews, but I am extremely pleased with this hotel if you go to Prag definitely consider this hotel. Extremely clean well located delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. I had a very pleasant day.

This was a nice hotel with decent size rooms. Staff were nice and friendly. They daily breakfast buffet was also nice. The only thing I didn NOT like about this hotel was the fact that there is a casino attached to the main entrance of the hotel. The smell of cigarettes is pretty obvious and annoying. It even smells like cigarettes inside the hotel's elevator that is on the same side as the casino.

Charming boutique hotel right around the corner from the main square. We stayed on the top floor with exposed beams. The room was so charming. The bathroom was very nice an up to date but a bit crowded for two. The breakfast was very tasty with a nice assortment of breads/rolls, cheese, meats, and also hot items. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They have what you need, including tram tickets. They arranged for a hotel taxi to take me to old town square. That became not available, so they called one. They told me it would run about 450 crowns. It cost me 180. The breakfast was terrific and the staff there friendly and patient, given the volume of people. I would also recommend the Indian restaurant adjacent to the hitel, the Taj Mahal. Excellent food and very inexpensive.

Modern and functional with high end amenities. Very conveniently located 5 minutes away from the C metro stop. Getting to the hotel from the airport was very easy with public transportation but took about 50 minutes with the change between the bus and metro. Going downtown with the metro was also quick and convenient. The neighborhood is mostly residential but also has many nice restaurants and pubs within a two block radius from the hotel. Good option for cheap accommodation if you are looking to avoid shared rooms. Ibis is always one of my go to's when i am specifically looking for a basic but comfortable and cheap private room.

The hotel makes an impression of the neat and small family-like hotel, just 17th rooms, tall ceilings and narrow corridors, wooden floors and painted ceilings. You can tell that the building was built in the 17th by the arcs in the restaurant.

Our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was very good and only a few minutes walk from the touristic areas. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Thanks from the Wilkes’s. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious.

The Eurostars Thalia is a little gem of a hotel in Prague. The location is perfect…on a main thoroughfare so close to shopping, food markets and cafes/restaurants, yet still within walking distance of Charles Bridge and Old Town. Yet surprisingly, the room I was in on the first floor was very quiet. The room itself was newly done with a modern aesthetic and was a very decent size for a hotel in Europe.
