Loved the staff and we stayed in the Jane Lawrence room, a beautiful corner room with great views and a small balcony. The breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the location. Plenty of pretty indoor and outdoor spaces. We especially liked Amanda who was very kind to us!
We loved this hotel and its location. The rooftop pool deck is great. 1.5 mile walk to Cascais, beautiful beaches right across the street, the train station to go to Lisbon is a 4 minute walk, and an Uber ride to Sintra is just around $20. It really is a great hotel and location.
We loved Sintra. The hotel was in the perfect location to explore and get to the highlights like the Palácio Nacional da Pena as well as Quinta da Regaleira. Sintra is a traditional old city that has so many spectacular views and places to see. It is wonderful.
Everything was good. Close to sintra train station, walkable distance to sintra city center. The room was clean and breakfast is also good. Coffee machine on basement is free for use anytime.

A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! Amazing views from our room. It's always disappointing however to be given twin beds instead of a double and the mattress protectors made the bed very sweaty.

Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). Excellent buffet breakfast included. Bus loads of tourists....I guess it depends on the time of year....but they seem to disappear and even breakfast was not that crowded. The view is outstanding and the staff is very accommodating.
Real Oeiras is about fifteen minutes from the centre of Lisboa, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby, within walking distance, plus a good restaurant in the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was incredible - lots of fresh fruit, juices, bread, hot sausages etc. It is located close enough to major highways that getting in and out of the city to travel around is quite easy. Once or twice there was a traffic holdup, but not major.
I thought this hotel was perfect for families! The bunk bed rooms are ideal and a great use of space for our family of 4. The kids thought it was really fun and we had plenty of room for all. We also loved the rooftop pool and bar space, especially after a long day of touring around. It’s very family friendly and convenient. We were able to walk to several restaurants and had some fun shopping in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel if you like staying away from city center...
