"Staff is wonderful!! "

"We stayed here 25 years ago and can’t believe we stayed away so long! Quiet, good food, beautiful gardens and wildlife, friendly staff. We stayed in the Junior suite which had a large refrigerator, microwave, hotplate and utensils to cook for yourself if you want. We will be back. "

"The grounds are well kept- a tropical paradise- and the building is beautiful. The food was also very good- lots of choices at the buffet. However, a large rowdy group arrived and music was blasting in the common areas which broke the magic of being in a remote rainforest. We are happy we had two good days before the noise began. Other guests were also disappointed with the sudden change in vibe. It is certainly not advertised as a “party hotel”. "

"Property is beautiful, just a small tad dated but lovely nonetheless. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal, the restaurants onsite are fantastic. All of the food was great! The amenities were amazing! Hands down a magnificent resort on the west side of Panama. One slight warning, the traffic to the hotel is ridiculous, most times of day. If you are planning on staying out, you are fine, but if planning to go back and forth to Panama City, be forewarned. Could take three times the time due to the traffic to cross the bridge. "

"Hotel/Conference Center adjacent to a very large Shopping Mall and to the National Bus Terminal. Across the highway from the main Panama Domestic Airport. Not the most attractive environment. Hotel was clean and had limited choice dining options on site or within the Mall. Transport was by taxi or Uber. I did hear of a Metro system operating from the Bus Station, but didn't utilize it. Hotel was host hotel for an event i was participating in, so that's why I chose it. Had I known the hotel location beforehand, I would have picked a different hotel closer to the event site."

"Great views of the Panama Canal from our room. Restaurant is very good. Fillet steak was excellent. Cheap and easy Uber into old town and to the ferry terminal for a canal tour. We had a fun meal at the Roadhouse restaurant just below the property with live music and good local vibes"

"Its a quiet safe area. The staff and iwner qent way out of their way for me. I like not having a television. They may have in other rooms IDK. Its a quick short taxi ride in/out of Old Town. Vwry safe residential area. Big beautiful homes and yards."

"I had a wonderful experience! I met Oscar and Marian,wonderful professional staff. Marian She is very professional,helpful. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too. "

"This is a very nice gated country club. It has great amenities and the apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable. We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. There isn’t a lobby that is staffed at this location, and it’s not clear who to contact with issues. The “check-in” occurred at the security gate as you arrive to the country club. But despite the lack of clear instructions you get when booking, I still recommend this place, especially if you have more than a one night stay, and would stay here again."
