"Property was clean , rooms very big and spacious, the pool is lovely as it has areas for the kids and the entertainment team are super fantastic at keeping everyone enjoying their stay all day.
Restaurant staff are really great at customer service, food could have a bit more variety but ok .

"Palais Ronsard séduit par la beauté des lieux, la propreté irréprochable et une atmosphère paisible très soignée. Le staff est attentionné, élégant et discret, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.
Très bon menu végétarien, mais attention : beaucoup de plats sont déjà préparés avec du beurre cuit ou intégré aux bases. Pour les intolérants comme moi , les options adaptées restent donc assez limitées mais ça ne m’empêchera pas d’y revenir

"The resort was 5 stars from the moment I entered. I was immediately shown around the resort by the butler for the villa, Samia. She would be my point of contact for anything i needed throughout the week. The villa was absolutely stunning, an oasis of relaxation. The resort is one of the most peaceful venues I've ever stayed at. From handling rides to and from the city, organizing reservations , handling laundry or anything you can think of : Samia and the concierge staff were always cheerful and happy to oblige. They really made you feel like you were at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!"
"Excellent stay overall. The rooms are beautiful, well designed, spacious and very comfortable. What truly made the experience stand out was the hotel team — every department was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the stay.

"If you want to escape the madness of Medina, then Les Deux Tours is the perfect escape.
Located 15 mins from Medina and 30 from the airport, the hotel is an oasis of calm.
Set in a huge garden, there are multiple hidden gardens to walk through, with Peacocks roaming alongside cats and ponds with frogs and turtles.
Our junior suite had its own court yard which was perfect for morning coffees and cards.
There were plenty of places to eat, drink and the pool was perfect for chilling at.
The staff were attentive without ever encroaching, always helpful and never imposing,
I would highly recommend for a luxury break"
