"Breakfast fresh and ample. AC did not work to any measurable degree. Big complaint: Our room was on 2nd Floor. An elevator goes to the second floor, but half the rooms are not accessible by elevator. One has to ride up to 2; then down a stairway to 1; then up another stairway to 2. I understand that the configuration of this old building does not accommodate an elevator to all the second floor rooms; however, that she be made clear in Orbitz' dscription of the hotel."

"Reception refused me to check-in although I have pre-paid incl breakfast. Rude, helpless guy at reception, first let me wait 10 mins as he was CHATTING to another guest without any eye contact or saying anything to me. Then he wanted a EUR 300 security deposit to my card, it did not work after searching 2 mins for the card machine. I gave him 300 in cash, he said "not acceptable". Then he tried another 5 mins to refund it via the non working card. My card worked before and after every time. I had to look for another hotel. My prepayment was not refunded as promised. I contacted Expedia, there is still no refund."

"Très bien situé, juste en face de Arena, deux pas de station de train. Une belle hôtel, rénovée en gardant tous les charmes d'anciens architectes. Chambre volumineuse, avec haute plafond, et une terrasse avec belle surface."

"Restaurant was pitiful, airport style, waiter was too worried about queening to serve properly and threw the food on the table, yet wanted an extra tip ( service was already included). 2 star at most. Location perfect though!"

"Our sta was good the property is in good condition however when I booked it I was stunned to find out the location was so far from the city center. Especially since we would walk there from the train station in a isolated area"

"Great location, nice people and efficient rooms. I would advise guests to ask for very clear instructions for removing the bollards that block entry and exit to the streets around the hotel."
