I am so happy to have found this place, amazingly priced in a historic renovated property, spotlessly clean and comfortable, as well as quiet and well-located. What made the stay even better are the lovely couple running the bed and breakfast, who go above and beyond with hospitality, communication, and their genuine friendliness and willingness to help and share their knowledge. Wonderful quiet hotel with a beautiful courtyard. Perfect for families, couples, and larger groups. We were there with our daughters and we really loved our stay. The room was incredibly quiet, with separate AC units in each bedroom, separate TV, and fast internet. The breakfast is just amazing: great variety of great, homemade, food. We had dinner at the restaurant below the rooms and the food was really good and very reasonably priced.

This was clearly the nicest place we stayed on our bike trip from Carcassonne to Sete. The host couple, Natalie and Sebastien, could not have more welcoming or helpful. Their quiet little chambres de hotes is very close to the Canal du Midi path and very relaxing. The swimming pool was a delight after a day on the bike and they served us beers poolside (extra charge). Their extremely friendly pup, Violette, was an unexpected delight. The main house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed, however, in a beautiful, modern cabin across the courtyard but we had a fabulous breakfast in the dining room of the house. Next time, we will opt to stay in the main house because it is so beautiful and full of fabulous antiques. The host and hostess, Beatrice and Eric, were so friendly and welcoming. They welcomed our two little dogs who played with their puppy. We had a wonderful stay and will make a point to go back and stay longer.

Lovely small, modern hotel located close to the ancient city/castle near Carcassonne. Clean and quiet. Pool and hotel restaurant are very nice. Service was excellent. Helpful staff. Owner was present as well. Friendly and helpful. Nice restaurants within driving distance, but not walking district. Hotel located in what has become over the years a somewhat industrial area. Originally, it was in the countryside.
