Le Moulin Bregeon offers a unique opportunity to stay in a converted water mill. Much thought and attention to detail went into the decor and restoration. It's off the beaten path and can be a challenge to find so prepare beforehand as it was not listed in our GPS. It is also a long distancel to the nearest city and popular sites.

Chateau Valesne was such a lovely stop over on our travels through the Loire region. Wish we would have stayed longer!

This is my second time at this lovely hotel. The owners are hands on and it shows in the care. The location, with views of the Loire, is breathtaking, I stayed in one of the rooms with Loire view and highly recommend. There is parking for a small fee and an excellent morning buffet as well that you should consider. Five stars!

Amazing castle, most elegant place I have ever stayed for the exceptional low price. Dinners were amazing and Frank, our waiter and other wait staff were exceptional. We hope to return some day and spend more than 2 nights as much to see in the area.

My stay at Chateau de Beauvois exceeded all expectations. As they say, everyone deserves a night in a castle! The bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and they supplied a fan to keep the room cool on the warm summer nights. The breakfast was included in my stay, and it was fantastic. I had dinner at the restaurant one night -- it was incredible! Wish I had dinner there each night of my stay - service and food were outstanding. I didn't spend any time at the pool, but it looked nice!...

This hotel is perfectly located for visiting the Fontevraud Abbey and surrounding area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean, service excellent. I highly recommend it!

My two sons and I were biking the Loire Valley trail and picked this hotel for Saumur. They were wonderful to us with the bikes (stored in a locked garage next to the hotel) and the staff was more than happy to suggest restaurants and areas to go. The room itself was very small for having 2 queen beds - we could barely walk around the foot of the bed. We had no suitcases just saddle bags - I'm not sure how a large suitcase would work. I don't recall an elevator so if you have heavy bags request...

Es una excelente opcion de estancia en el valle de Loira, sin necesidad de atravezar el trafico de ciudad; la propietaria es increiblemente amable y sus perros son adorables, se disfruta mucho en verano pues los anocheceres son hasta muy tarde y uno puede relajarse en cerca a la pequeña cascada y el rio. El desayuno es muy bueno.

The staff was amazingly helpful, courteous, and very professional. The breakfast was magic.

The service was great. The proprietor was wonderful. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. The food was great. All homemade. We loved it there

Jardin Haute Couture is very special. Coco is a wonderful host, and my husband and felt like guests in a beautiful country home. The decor is eclectic and fanciful, the bed was comfy, and the views are so pretty. The food is delicious. I hesitate to say too much for fear there won’t be a place for me!!
