"From the airport to the hotel, the shuttle is free. It is a bus that goes to the parking lot by the hotel and so it stops at the Moxy as well. The hotel will sell you a ticket to take the shuttle back to the airport but our driver did not want to check. Other couples with us never bought a ticket and no one asked to see it."

"We had a great time in Tropical Islands! It is understaffed and people there work very hard but were alsways friendly. We looked up their salaries and where shocked how little they make. 50% of the profit goes to a privat equity firm, which means some rich people get richer and probably don't care about long lines at the checkin or technical stuff not working right. Also, the rain forest looks like it needs some love. We loved the atmosphere. We had a very special time."

It's very easy to get to - just hop on the S-bahn and go 3 stops to GrunbergAllee, The room is a little on the small side but it was spotless and had all amenities that we needed. It was also very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good."
