The Hotel is very cute and clean, The village is very cute as well. Getting to Bad Bertrich is a little difficult if you don't pay close attention to road signs and directions. The street that the Hotel is on is very tiny. Being from America, I am used to wider streets. With that said, it was a fantastic experience and would totally visit again if I return to this part of Germany.

This is a lovely, beautiful, sparkling hotel. The restaurant is great. Dinner was a bit of a surprise as there's a distinct Asian touch to many dishes. The breakfast buffet is one of the most extensive I've seen. The rooms are huge, bathroom large, everything is clean and stylish. I especially liked the common lounge area with chairs and honor wine bar. It's in a small town away from the Mosel, but looks out to the vineyards on the hillside. Staff is great. I can highly recommend this hotel.

We spent 1 month in 7 countries and Mosella Inn and the surrounding area was the best of all! Great food, very clean, the staff was very helpful. Of all the hotels this was the only one that did not provide soap in the bathrooms.

What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value. Very nice boutique hotel along the river and walking distance to town. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Very charming building and public spaces. Lots of great wine to purchase in hotel. Highly recommended.

As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever best ratings I can possibly give for a hotel - I bestow upon this hotel. You absolutely MUST stay here, even if for just a day. It’s totally worth it!

We stayed one night at this nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice, it seemed everybody spoke english. The room was clean and comfortable, not terribly luxurious but overall a good value for the money. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent.

I like to double check my reservation to avoid any surprises such as overbooking or no reservations received, so I had emailed the hotel prior to my stay and they were able to confirm my reservation which is already a plus for me. After two nights at the Maerchen Hotel we decided to extend one night, and they were very accommodating. We stayed in two different rooms--both with very different arrangements and decor--decidedly charming.. The fairy tail theme was used throughout--but was discreet and not over the top. We ate all three nights in the hotel--all great meals. The personalized service by the helpful, bilingual staff was very nice..

The proprietor is also the chef and a world class one. He was extremely accommodating in getting us into our rooms early. The evening three course menu was so good that we took the beef for our lunch when we left. Great stay

Location was great !

Great modern facility! Breakfast was superb! We enjoyed our stay in the room and on the terrace. Walking up the hill at night was challenging but well worth it.
