It is the people we encounter during travel that make a trip special. Everyone at Europalace was friendly, efficient, and kind. The hotel itself is grand; the breakfast superb. Great walking neighborhood with good choice of restaurants. We would like to have had more time here and will, we hope, return.

This boutique hotel is quiet & perfect for solo travelers. The staff at the front desk & the restaurant are most kind & hospitable & they speak English. Irene at the front desk was most helpful to me. She saw me struggling with my roller board to get it up the front steps. She left the desk & came down to help me. I thought that was so special.
Even in many five star hotels, the food is just very good. The food at your hotel was exquisite! The staff was wonderful, the location couldn't have been better, and the view was wonderful. We'll be back!
Conveniently located in the middle of the city, a block from the water -- more precisely the Trieste Cruise Terminal. We arrived via train, and it was just a short walk (20 minutes with luggage) from the station. Better yet ... the cruise ship that we would board a couple days later was at that Cruise Terminal -- call it a 5-minute walk from the Hotel! Never mind that the hotel room was well kept -- clean, bathroom, et all. Could not have asked for more! Will definitely return!
I was very happy with my stay; the service was great, in particular one man at reception whose name began with a T (sorry I didn't get his full name). He was truly exceptional in offering ideas of things to do, how to get places, and really went out of his way to help. The breakfast was great as well, with great service there as well.

Have rarely stayed at such a clean and neat hotel. The room was very spacious furnished with modern furniture and it had a brand-new bathroom
Besides, the front of the building had been repainting in a beautiful yellow.
The staff at check in was great. the room was excellent. the casino was an added attraction for my cousin. The food could have been somewhat fresher; the waitstaff was a bit rough. We spoke english/spanish .. they did little to be supportive.
