Great customer service! From holding our luggage when we arrived early, to accepting a delivery for us, and helping us book a taxi, all the staff were extremely helpful and nice. The location was also very convenient and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
The hotel is located outside the city of Bath. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, so we took a local bus. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Gems assisted us at check-in and printed out the bus schedule for us!! She was very pleasant as well as all the other staff. We were having dinner at the hotel, and she walked us to the dining room. The staff were so helpful and room was very clean. I had both breakfast and dinner at the Bistro, the food was so delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the Bristol. The building itself and window views were aesthetically pleasing.
