"The new self check-in process could use some improvement. It took me 25 minutes to finally get a key to check into my room, and I ended up having to go to the front desk for help. I was told I would receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve my key from the machine, but it’s now the next day and I’m still waiting for that email. That said, once I got checked in, the rest of my stay was great."
