Great hotel. Great location. It even has a small pool that was very refreshing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. Lovely stay all around. Best Bun Mam hotpot with all the local unique well cleaned veggies and seafood at Kieu Trinh- an open courtyard small family own restaurant near hotel- walkable. Great reasonable massages at hotel!!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! This gem of a hotel was in the perfect location, had beautiful and pristine clean rooms and had all the amenities. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was exceptional. Lee at the front desk went out of her way to help arrange our activities and even let me borrow a nice sun hat because I didn’t have one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it perfect for couples and also families (we were a family of 5). I’ll surely be back here again!

This property had very friendly and helpful staff, good food options within the hotel for dinner, and situated on My An beach which is the place to be for spending time at the beach, close to good restaurants, attractions, tours, and shops. We would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the beach and experience Da Nang.

Great location! Room came with washer and dryer as well as kitchen. Slight water leak from the standing shower, every time you showered. Also got access to a gym, which could be cleaner. Service, especially from Dang, was great!

too good to be true. every service person went out of her/his way to help. When the taxi driver forgot one bag on the curb at the airport, the man at the hotel entry door volunteered his help, called the airport where the bag was immediately located. Ombudswomen were everywhere, volunteered to book flights & other city hotels for us. While we were checking out they were scouring our room & a forgotten computer charger & a belt were found & rushed to the signout desk, so nothing was lost.

Staff: The staff spoke good English and was super helpful with recommendations. Location: the hotel was a bit farther but still a quick grab ride to downtown, beach club, and other Ha Long attractions. Room: Clean, modern, and clean. The room was decent size and had everything that we needed. Other: Breakfast was good but a bit pricey. Amenities and bar was good. Overall, this was a good stay!

Had a great stay at the Light Hotel starting from the friendly staff that took our luggage up to our room and a tour guide that helped us book tickets to get to Halong Bay the following day. The hotel is brand new so everything is sparkly and the attention to detail was top notch. Our favorite part was sharing a bottle of wine on the rooftop deck with a great view of the city.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. Excellent hotel. lived up to the picture's expectations. I Stayed in the PREMIER room, which had a breathtaking view of the landscape. The staff was phenomenal and friendly. They surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday, which was nice. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Breakfast was also spectacular and endless.
