"The room was clean but hot because the AC only works when the key is inside the key holder.
There was a repair going on at the hotel. The drilling noise was annoying. The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. Our room needed remodeling."

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably noisy with zero soundproofing, and it was full of mosquitoes—I woke up covered in bites.
The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was cold, stale, and barely edible.
We had booked 4 nights but checked out after just 1 because we couldn’t take it anymore—and they refused to give any refund.
Summary: Noisy rooms, mosquito infestation, rude staff, terrible food, and no refund policy. Avoid at all costs."
