Was a great stay for one night before airport

Hotel and accommodations are top tiers

All was great! However, the free 24/7 airport service listed on the website page was NOt free! I had to pay for it! I chose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle service but this was not true. Please revise your listing on the Hotels.com website so others will not be mislead.

Clean and nice. My only complaint was the washer and dryer on premises were small. But there is a laundromat within walking distance.

Nice hotel, five to 10 minute talk to ma8n attractions. However, the hotel price was very reasonable.

I liked that this property was a very covenient walk to the Surin hospital and the fitness park.

Great accommodation

I liked very much the interior design of the Hotel and the facilities they have as well. The room is confortable and clean with all the devices working perfectly: TV, A/C, hot water. We met also some interesting international guests and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It’s directly connected to the MRT station in the City Centre, making it incredibly convenient to get around. You’re just a short walk from the MBK Mall and surrounded by endless food options. I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially since it’s just a quick train ride away from many street food markets and popular malls. Ideal for anyone looking to explore the city with ease!

The hotel is old but well cared for. The rooms are either good for the price or huge. Easy access to sois 18 and 20 is a plus that may get overlooked.
