The junior suites were spacious and looked just like the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom within the junior suite had a door, which allowed my husband and I a little privacy from our youngest daughter. The breakfast was delicious - not the typical free hotel breakfast. The only issue we had was that the ac in our first room didn't work. We specifically booked this hotel because it has a in the room. Good location, about 18 minutes away from WAW airport. Very clean room, fantastic breakfast and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would book again when in Warsaw.

I will be back here every time we come to Gdansk. The room was beautifully decorated, well designed, had everything you could want. We stayed in a suite in the oldest part of the building with a skeleton key to open the door! Original wood, beautiful plaster details, comfortable bed. The sauna is free to guests and is spacious and never crowded. Their breakfast is amazing and the service was really tailored. About a 15 minute walk to old town.

Shower was very tight and we are 5ft 4" @ 145lbs and 5ft 9in at 200lbs. Our really only complaint

I stayed at the Sheraton Warsaw for a 1 night business trip. The room was as in the picture, amenities are great and breakfast buffet is amazzzzing!! The draw backs were: the room cleanliness. I could see dust on the mirror surrounding the bed, and one trashcan wasn't emptied at all. I also found a hair in the washing sink.

Very good location and is close to everything you need.

This is an attractive and well located property on the river. Our room was small but fine for a short stay. The lines to seek check-in or out could be long. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again although I’m a Hilton Honors status person. Was staying here because family was here.

Really good in general, free airport shuttle, they helped me with money exchange, printing documents, luggage storage. Breakfast is excellent!
