It's feeding time at the zoo! If you want to be reminded of some of the great animals our world is home to, you might want to pay a trip to Kristiansand Zoo, located 6.1 mi (9.9 km) from central Kristiansand. If you'd also like to explore some of the parks in Kristiansand, head to Myren Gard og Park and S.N. Hansen's Park.
If you're planning a night at the opera in Oslo, try and grab some tickets at Oslo Opera House in Oslo City Centre. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Oslo Spektrum and Cinemateket are both a short walk away.
"Very good hotel conveniently located within walking distance of landmark attractions such as the national theater, the royal palace, City Hall, the Nobel Peace center, restaurants, and Oslo fjord boat tours docks. The hotel also provides great breakfast with lots of options and is within walking distance to the train station."
"We had a large comfortable clean room across from Bryggen. The view was amazing and they had a small table with chairs to sit and enjoy the view with balcony doors that opened. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good with a lot of options. Would definitely stay again as it was very close to everything we needed also."
"Good sized room with comfy bed. Bathroom was on the tight side. Good work desk and wifi, and room included a small fridge. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices."
"Friendly staff; great central location, awesome buffet breakfast selection. Well appointed gym with sauna and steam. Only downsides were poor A/C system and beds are too soft. That said I would still return to this hotel "
"No amenities not even a water bottle or coffee in the room. Construction work across a one lane street was noisy. A conscience hotel would post it is in a Construction Zone.
Strawberry’s Comfort Xpress established that its personnel will lie to get business, and the price gouge lodgers. Reserved at $139/night. I was then told there were NO rooms available for an extra night. Suddenly, an extra appeared (actually the Xpress was mostly empty as a fire alarm prove). The charge for one extra night was $305!! At check in I was told the rate would be a little higher…Right, more than Double."
"Ok, SmartHotel was good and would recommend. They are currently doing some repairs in the hallways but once that’s done it will be better. Mini rooms are tight but perfect for a back packer, two suit cases not so much. Recommend you sign up through the SmartHotel website which gets you free breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I think they were the best part of the Hotel."
