Hotels.com stated free return airport transfers then denies it was included, said it was hotels responsibility who said it was transport companies responsibility, we ended with private transport via dunes tours (excellent company) and we will get refund but it was hard work. The food exceeded expectations with lots of variety, fresh options, and great restaurants to choose from. Drinks were consistently good, and service around the pool and beach was excellent.
Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. There was always something to do whether you wanted entertainment, excursions, relaxing by the pool, or even enjoying the suite itself.
