Great location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec and its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Very efficient front deck staff and friendly bellmen and housekeeping staff. Good restaurant with breakfast buffet.

Great and convenient hotel if you’re flying out soon. City center wasn’t too far either. Taxis were cheap and easy to find via uber

Me hubiese gustado que hubiera más opciones de comida en la zona, ni Uber llega a esta zona lo cual resultó difícil encontrar comida. A parte de eso, el hotel y la estancia estuvo bien.

First we stayed during the week (in April 2024) the property is just breathtaking! The views are incredible and so are all the people working at this resort! We stayed in the double room with a balcony - definitely worth the little extra - coffee in the morning and cocktails at night on the balcony were awesome! Other reviews were somewhat negative- I can’t imagine what happened on their stay to leave such a negative review- but I am blown away/ stayed here a few times over the past 3 or 4 years...

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Can’t put into words how amazing the staff were! Awesome place to relax and enjoy some personal time. Definitely would recommend it to any of my friends.

This was my second time around and as always, the resort is so beautiful & very modern. I enjoyed the one bedroom suite beds are very comfortable. My son stayed on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable as well. The staff is very friendly and goes over and beyond your entire stay. The food is phenomenal especially the Italian restaurant. All five restaurants are amazing. However, the Italian one was my favorite, very elegant upscale and I want to let all of you know is that you’re getting...

I like that they have club member adult site and family site separately so i was able to have quite time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was goergease and there were much fewer seaweed than I expected so i enjoyed staying at beach most of time. There are many restaurant choices. I couldn't go to all the restaurants during my 5 night 6 days stay, but my favorite was DOMO. Domo is a must go restaurant. Over all staffs are well trained and have professional...
