"Excellent high end hotel with attentive staff and great location for sightseeing. Buffet breakfast might not be worth the cost but it is extremely convenient. "
"Hotel was lovely, rooms were more spacious then others we had stayed in which was nice. Enjoyed the ability to have the drinks and sweet bar when we had been out for the day.
Only downside was the laundry which even though had 6 washers and dryers could not accommodate the amount of people that were staying there, even at 3.30am the dryers were all full. This may not be an issue for those only staying for short periods or moving onto somewhere else.
I did find this quite minimal downside for the rest that was great."
"Small cramped rooms with step up bathroom. A real budget option that is not value for money. Good location but full of cheap tour groups with over an hours wait to check in. We cancelled our 5 night booking after one night and paid a penalty. Definitely not suitable for a family or persons with mobility issues which is not detailed anywhere on the site and is not considered a reason to cancel without penalty."
