"Pool was advertised prominently, but not open until 2 pm. This time restriction was not pointed out at check-in, when we asked if pool was usable.No morning swim before catching flight...disappointing. Also, bathroom cleaned but full of hairs..."

"I stayed here for 6 hours on a layover from the US, just to shower and shave before flying on to Bangkok. A nice, clean, and easy location from terminal 3 at Haneda. I will stay here again on future trips as a layover stop."

"The hotel is outstanding in every respect. The reception staff are polite and helpful. We don’t speak Japanese but they were all willing to converse in English. The room was immaculate and well equipped. They have a fully equipped gym and good laundry facilities which we used once. We ate in the hotel most evenings and they had great choices too. An excellent hotel which is well placed in Tokyo. Recommended."

"Traveling for hours with a long layover in Tokyo I wanted a convenient and comfortable hotel, Royal Park was perfect being right at the international terminal. Staff were so hospitable to this weary traveler. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western cuisine in a relaxed setting with huge windows facing Mt Fugi. If I pass through again this is where I will stay."
