"The Intercontinental Budapest's location along the bustling Pest side of the Danube River is iconic. You are able to see the elegant Buda sights, while enjoying easy access to both urban pleasantries & no cost travel to your last minute whims or destinations - a hidden gem (tho $$$) is their great buffet breakfast club level overlooking the Chainlink Bridge!"
"Not sure we would want to stay there in the summer as the aircon is virtually non-existent. We slept with the window open as it was cool enough outside, but it was noisy. Also, the hot water did not work one morning - the staff were unhelpful in assisting us to understand what was happening (eg did not bother to answer the phone when we called down) and no one was apologetic.
On the plus side, it's a good location and the breakfast was excellent."
