"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Athens for 13 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The location was excellent for getting around Athens, and Uber service was very convenient from the hotel. There was also a fantastic restaurant directly across the street called Pilot that we really enjoyed during our stay.
The hotel itself was very clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The lobby was elegant and inviting, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, attentive, and helpful.
We especially enjoyed the spa area and used it several times during our visit. The facilities included a steam room, sauna, indoor lap pool, rooftop pool, and another pool on the first floor. Everything was spotless and beautifully kept. The rooftop area also offers a gorgeous view of Athens, which made it a very relaxing place to spend time.
The only small disappointment was that the hot tub was not actually hot, and we were told there was nothing they could do about it due to safety reasons. Also, while the rooftop restaurant had a beautiful atmosphere and stunning views, the menu choices were somewhat limited and the food was quite expensive, so we only ate there once.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend the Grand Hyatt Athens to others visiting the city. We had a lovely experience and really have no major complaints whatsoever."
"Very clean hotel, all inclusive had limited drink options but were good enough for my girlfriend and I, our sea view balcony was huge I think we got lucky with a big and secluded one."
"We enjoyed our stay. Great view of caldera. Shame about the weather as would have been lovely to sit on balcony or by pool area. The shower room had a smell of drains which wasn't pleasant. Breakfast was ok - plentiful but ready prepared plates rather than given the choice of what to have. Would have preferred to have a buffet style which also would have been less wasteful. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We appreciated the luggage storage on our last day. Hotel situated within easy walk of Imerovigli and Fira town. Bus from Fira town was a far cheaper way of transferring to the airport than using taxi (about 15 min walk down the hill). Hotel arranged taxi from airport to hotel at a cost of €25 pp whereas bus cost €2.20 pp."
