"Check in was frustrating due to the tier track - if you aren’t a member of your points system you get treated last regardless how long you’ve been waiting. It doesn’t set a nice tone especially after a long flight! Beyond that, the spa was great and much appreciated. Amenities in the room were ok (toilet paper felt like cardboard lol)…"

"Outstanding location if laying over at Frankfurt. Hotel staff is always very kind and professional! Great puds, restaurants and other facilities at hotel, or short walk in airport complex fir any needs.
Rooms are extremely clean, well-kept and spacious.

Hot room, no air con, only one window could open and this was only March. Think it would be unpleasant in summer."
"We didn't eat in the restaurant because there are plenty of options locally, including breakfast bakeries. The service in the lobby area (Emil's) was good and the choice of refreshments was good; prices reflected the ambience, cosy and plenty of seating.
The room was excellent. The air conditioning was easily adjustable, and the bathroom facilities were ideal.
