"We enjoyed staying at the hotel we had to upgrade our room on the 13th floor and I paid extra money for the same. The first room we got from Expedia was just a basic room and it was rundown. I would expect this hotel to be renovated from top to bottom on the 13th floor. The service was excellent room was great, but the bathtub was very old and difficult to get in and out, and there are fall risks for a lot of people up there without any safety bars excellent service by the concierge at the 13th floor executive general area excellent drinks, breakfast lunch food and servers were excellent. I would give them 10 or 10 but the property needs to be updated to keep up with the standard."
"Tuve una buena experiencia en el Hotel Unipark. Es un hotel que ya tiene algunos años, pero se encuentra bien mantenido y ofrece una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones son cómodas, las amenidades cumplen con lo necesario y la ubicación es uno de sus mayores atractivos.
Además, se integra con una plaza comercial y de negocios en sus plantas bajas, lo que resulta bastante práctico. Su cercanía al Parque de las Iguanas permite disfrutar de uno de los sitios más emblemáticos de Guayaquil a pocos pasos. En general, una excelente opción para quienes buscan comodidad, buena ubicación y un precio razonable."
"Awesome hotel!! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, gotta try the Encebollado ;) Great location, nearby park, and shopping malls, and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are spacious, very clean ..the lotion smells so good! Loved the sauna, jacuzzi and pool! Nearby flower stand sells 2 dozen long stem roses for $1! Love, love Quito
