"This property feels more like a restaurant than a hotel. The pool area is mostly reserved for the on-site restaurant, and had only four lounge chairs around the pool. This made it awkward especially on busy weekends when we just wanted to relax and be by the pool.
Check-in was frustrating as no one was at the front desk and we never received the access code or room number. Restaurant staff had to call someone to assist us at the bar. We also saw others struggling with the same issue during our stay.
The front desk was unattended most of the time. It was difficult to get towels or any help. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not guest-focused. I would not recommend this hotel."
"The property is conveniently located close to the airport, which made the transfer very easy. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay.
This trip was our babymoon, and they added some really thoughtful touches, including non-alcoholic drinks in the room and even a pregnancy pillow, which I really appreciated.
My husband made great use of the spa every day. It had amazing cold plunge pools, saunas, steam rooms, and a beautiful pool area to relax in. The gym was also top-notch and something he really enjoyed.
I do wish there had been more pregnancy-friendly classes. There were quite a few pregnant women at the resort, and I wasn’t able to participate in most of the sessions. A prenatal yoga class would have been a great addition.
The rooms were clean, well maintained, and nicely designed. My only real complaint was the lack of a balcony. While the room was listed as a partial ocean view, it mostly overlooked the pool."
