"I am an Israeli traveler who was visiting Azerbaijan and unfortunately lost my passport. After thinking it through, I realized that it was left with a taxi driver I had ordered. I tried calling the driver several times, but since my number was Israeli, he did not answer.
The shift manager immediately came to help, made the call himself, and handled the entire situation with professionalism and care. Thanks to his help, my passport was safely returned to me.
I am extremely grateful for his assistance and kindness. Outstanding service and support in a very stressful situation. Highly appreciated!"
