"The reception staff were generally very friendly and helpful, offering useful tips such as where to exchange money, which I really appreciated.
The highlight of this hotel is definitely the restaurant. The Albanian cuisine is absolutely delicious - it was a real treat to dine there. I highly recommend trying the local dishes.
The room itself is quite compact and the space around the bed is limited, but it was adequate for my needs. The hotel also arranges taxi service to and from the airport, which is very convenient.
I did have one issue during my stay - I requested a wake-up call but unfortunately never received it. This nearly caused me to miss an early morning tour outside the city, which was quite stressful. I hope the hotel can improve their wake-up call service to avoid this happening to other guests.
Despite this hiccup, the friendly staff and exceptional restaurant made for an enjoyable stay overall."
